This is a recreation of medieval sex and torture combined in the most painful and sexy ways possible. At least for the men, for the hapless barmaid it was a trip to the torture chambers of the middle ages.
It started out pretty quietly with this torturer offering to show the local barmaid how the thumbscrews worked. Oh yes, she did put her thumbs in them having no idea they were a diabolical instrument of torment. Her squeals and squirming were so delightful that the entire crowd watched riveted.
